Through simple random sampling, 318 nurses working in university hospitals in the TRC1 Region were reached. As a result of the analysis, a positive linear and significant relationship was determined between communication and information sharing and organisational ambidexterity. Examining the Relationship Between Communication and Information Sharing and Organisational Ambidexterity: A Study on Nurses in TRC1 Region
