Aggressive behavior of children is influenced by several factors such as improper care, stress, low self-esteem, bad relationships and the display of violence in the mass media. This research aims at examining the contribution of self-esteem and parenting to the aggressive behavior of child victims of domestic violence. The research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and correlation type. The research respondents were the students of SMA Negeri Padang who were identified as 73 victims of domestic violence victims, selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using the CFSEI-2 inventory for self-esteem and Likert model scale for aggressive behavior with a reliability level of 0.899 and 0.915 for parenting. The data processing used a multiple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS for Windows Release 20. 摘要
生活在暴力环境中的儿童由于相互作用的过程而具有攻击倾向。儿童的攻击行为受到以下几个因素的影响,如照料不当、压力、低自尊、不良关系和大众传播媒介中暴力的表现。本研究旨在探讨自尊和父母教养对家庭暴力受害儿童攻击行为的影响。本研究采用描述性和相关性的定量方法。调查对象为SMA Negeri Padang的73名家庭暴力受害者的学生,采用有目的的抽样方法选出。采用自尊量表(CFSEI-2)和攻击行为量表(Likert model scale)收集数据,父母教养的信度水平分别为0.899和0.915。数据处理采用多元回归分析技术,并借助SPSS for Windows Release 20。本研究结果表明,自尊和父母教养共同影响了41.7%的家庭暴力受害儿童的攻击行为。
