摘要

这项工作对均质O形环和由两种材料结合而成的另一种O形环进行了比较分析。本文使用ANSYS软件开发了两个轴对称有限元模型,研究了密封件在变形过程中的行为。将数值模型的结果与基于赫兹接触理论的分析方法的结果进行了比较。在弹性体O形环内部引入金属芯不仅可以提高密封的阻力,还可以提高接触压力的最大值。
