摘要

本文提出了一种基于缺陷地结构单元的半模基板集成波导(HMSIW)带通滤波器。根据设计要求,利用DGS的周期平方CSRR谐振特性,设计并分析了x波段带通滤波器,实现了体积小、插入损耗低、抑制高的特点。CST在x波段的仿真结果表明,该滤波器在13.03 ~ 14.41 GHz范围内具有较大的传输带宽,约为1.38 GHz。较高的模拟插入损耗约为−2.6 dB,较低的模拟回波损耗约为−34 dB。所提出的过滤器尺寸为9.50 × 38.00 mm2,使其成为紧凑的组件。利用CST模拟器对结构进行了优化。为了验证该方案,通过HFSS对仿真结果进行了比较。两个仿真器的仿真结果吻合较好。
