摘要

长骨骨折和多韧带性膝关节损伤（MLKI）有着密切的关系。到目前为止，还没有报道采用关节镜下双髁状骨修复和长骨固定。在此，我们报告了两例MLKI长骨骨折，采用长骨内固定和关节镜下双髁状翻修术治疗一例患者。两名患者在1年的随访中均取得了良好的临床结果。随着当今关节镜领域的进步，有了一个位置，可以在特定撕裂的关节镜下进行初级韧带修复，并进行长骨固定。
