The purpose of this research is to know the significance of correlation between instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter. This research is a descriptive research by using correlational method. Ex post facto. The hyphothesis of this research were: (1) is there any correlation between commitment toward instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter. (2) ) is there any correlation between motivation toward instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter. (3) is there any correlation between commitment and motivation toward instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter.Population of this research were all of the instructors of National Police School (SPN) of West Sumatera Police Headquarter, they were 80 instructors. Samples of this research were 60 person of the instructors. Samples were taken by uing Slovin method. The data were analyzed by using Statistical Program for Social Studies (SPSS) 20 version. Based on the data analysis of this research, it can be concluded that: (1) the commitment of the instructors has a positive and significant correlation toward instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter. (2) the motivation of the instructors has no positive and no significant correlation toward instructors’ performance of National Police School of West Sumatera Police Headquarter. 摘要
本研究的背景是西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官绩效不佳。本研究的目的是了解西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官绩效的相关意义。本研究采用相关分析方法进行描述性研究。事后的。本研究的假设是:(1)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官的承诺与绩效之间是否存在相关性。(2)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官绩效与动机之间是否存在相关性?(3)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官绩效的承诺与动机是否存在相关关系。研究对象为西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官,共80名教官。这项研究的样本是60名教师。采用斯洛温法取样。采用SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Studies) 20版对数据进行分析。根据本研究的数据分析,可以得出结论:(1)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官的承诺与教官绩效存在显著的正相关关系。(2)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官的教学动机与教官绩效之间不存在正相关且不显著相关。(3)西苏门答腊警察总部国家警察学校教官的承诺(X 1)和动机(X 2)与绩效(Y)呈正相关。
