This study aims to review various articles that discuss numeracy literacy studies published in journals in the field of education in Indonesia. This research is categorized as a literature review. The information data used was obtained from scientific journals with Science and technology index (SINTA) accreditation. Information was collected by taking publishing data from 2019 to 2022. Researchers reviewed, analyzed, and collaborated to evaluate, compile and review the findings obtained. Selecting 10 published articles that examine numeracy literacy, consisting of 6 types of qualitative research approaches, 3 quantitative research approaches, and 1 classroom action research article. The results of the literature review found that there were still articles that were not representative in explaining the number of research subjects, not in-depth in explaining the number of meetings in each cycle, and discussions that were still not optimal in answering problems rationally. However, in general, the results of the article review have provided information systems and have excellent references in describing specific concepts. The recommendation of the collaboration results is that in addition to deepening the methodological study, namely the research subject and the number of meetings in one cycle, it also requires modeling in writing articles that are solutions to each problem in the study. Modeling can be in the form of motivation and reinforcement given to improve learners' numeracy literacy in accordance with the vision of the national literacy movement in Indonesia.

In order to change the mindset and build public awareness in tolerance, there needs to be a real movement from GUSDURian Banyumas. Seeing that Banyumas is an area with diverse religious and cultural differences. In order to attract the attention of the community, GUSDURian Banyumas has taken several ways to give a message to minority groups that GUSDURian is present as the community they need. This research aims to find out how the tolerance dissemination strategy carried out by GUSDURian to the Banyumas community. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study were generated through participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study amounted to three people, namely the Banyumas GUSDURian Coordinator, and two Banyumas GUSDURian activists. Determination of informants in this study through snowball sampling. The results of this study explain that there is a realization of the implementation of interfaith activities as a form of dissemination strategy to strengthen tolerance that has been implemented and successfully involves community participation, namely: 1) GUSDURian 17an Forum 2) Commemoration of the Great Day 3) GUSDUR Thought Class, while for internal dissemination in addition to these three points, it is added with a social media campaign for internal members of GUSDURian Banyumas. The effect of these activities is that some communities that feel marginalized begin to show themselves and join the GUSDURian community, and people from various circles, students, and residents of the surrounding environment apply an attitude of caring for each other and mutual tolerance

In the era of megatrends, educational institutions must continue to make improvements, refinements, and changes in accordance with developments in order to maintain the quality of education and its existence, including Islamic higher education institutions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze philosophically the future of Islamic higher education in Indonesia and Malaysia facing Megatrend 2045. The method used is a descriptive-qualitative type of literature research with content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that ontologically, Islamic higher education in Indonesia-Malaysia needs to proactively respond to the megatrends of globalization, technological advancements, demographic changes, and sustainability. Emphasis should be place to maintain and develop a vision and mission based on pure and universal Islamic teachings while still contributing to the development of society and progress. In the realm of epistemology, Islamic higher education in Indonesia-Malaysia must continue to update learning and teaching methodologies in accordance with developments in science and technology, and axiologically, Islamic higher education in Indonesia-Malaysia must continue to promote moderate Islamic values. It can be concluded, a philosophical analysis provides a deeper understanding of the role, challenges, and strategies of Islamic higher education to maintain its existence and how Islamic teachings can make a significant contribution to facing future challenges.

Leadership is not only about ordering or giving instructions but also involves motivating, inspiring, and influencing others to achieve common goals. Leadership can occur in a variety of fields, including business, politics, and education, and plays a critical role in the success of an organization or community. This research aims to identify publications related to leadership in Islamic education and describe the characteristics of this research. The bibliometric analysis method was used in this study. The research results show that publications about leadership in Islamic schools have increased yearly from 2019 to 2023—meanwhile, the largest number of documents come from Indonesian authors. Proceedings of the ICECRS hold the top position as an institution or publisher with the most four documents. In contrast, the author with the most citations is Firman-Mansir, with a total of 3 published documents and eight citations, followed by the writer Eugenie A Samier with a total of 3 and 5 citations of published papers and followed by writer Fitriyah with a total of 3 published documents and two citations. Keywords that appear a lot in joint events are Education, Islam, Institution, Approach, Leader, Development, Activity, Quality, Teacher and Problem. The new theme keywords are Strategy, Community, Skill, Creativity, Facility, Decision, Generation, Innovation, and Prophetic Leadership. Therefore, these new themes can become new material for further research that addresses this field.

Likewise with Islamic education, Islamic education also contains various matters concerning the religion of Islam, then Islamic education also becomes a reference for every Muslim in the world to assist them in solving every subject matter regarding religion that occurs in everyday life. Education is also an extraordinary thing to elevate one's level of life. This research also discusses the factors that will influence the policies of school principals, teachers and also the government. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the factors in Islamic education that can influence government policies, school principals, and teachers. The research method used is a method with descriptive qualitative understanding by interviewing one of the elementary school teachers in the area where the researcher lives, by asking several questions. Researchers ask several questions related to the subject matter raised. Interviews were conducted continuously until the answers were sufficient to describe the actual situation. The results of this study are that there are many influences of Islamic education that arise in government policies, principals and teachers.

Slow learners or also known as slow learners have unique characteristics. One of them is that slow learners have low memory and concentration. Mathematics teachers’ understanding of slow learners in regular schools needs to be considered so that slow learners achieve the same goals as regular students in learning mathematics. In general, this study aims to describe and analyze how the process of learning mathematics in slow learners in regular schools. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews. The main data used in this study is primary data. The data in this study are the results of unstructured interviews with the required informants. Based on the results of the analysis obtained (1) the importance of teachers and parents in overcoming problems in slow learners, (2) the strategy or approach used by the teacher is one of the supporting factors for the success of slow learners in the mathematics learning process, (3) teachers in regular schools have several obstacles in the mathematics learning process such as not being too familiar with implementing inclusive education in regular schools, (4) regular schools recommending the parents of the students concerned to transfer slow learners to inclusive schools so that slow learners get more special attention in learning, especially mathematics learning.

The success of education cannot be separated from the teacher's performance in learning activities. Academic supervision carried out by the principal is one of the supporting activities in improving teacher performance in teaching. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the academic supervision of PAI teachers in lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The paradigm of this research is post-positivism. The analysis of this research includes the stages before in the field, during the field and after in the field. Coaching is essentially an activity or activity that is carried out consciously, planned, directed and organized responsibly in order to develop and improve, abilities and resources available to achieve goals. This research is a way to evaluate the Cub Scout Leader program at An-Nur Darunnajah 8 Cidokom Islamic Boarding School This research is an evaluation research with the Countenace Stake model. Data collection using techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods supported through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Majlis daily Coordinator and Scoutmaster. Based on this research, the planning of scout coaches has been conceptualized very well, it can be calculated at 100%, because it is in accordance with the central government guidelines. In terms of implementation obtained with a good category, it can be calculated at 88.89%. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between empowering leadership and career success and the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the process of forming employee careers. The research method used is a quantitative research type with a survey method. The population of banking employees with a research sample of 300 banking employees in East Java. Analysis using PLS SEM. The results of the study show that empowering leadership is positively related to psychological empowerment and career success. besides that psychological empowerment also plays a positive role in mediating the relationship between empowering leadership and career success. This study outlines that psychological empowerment is an effective stimulus in enhancing the relationship between empowering leadership and career success. implications of contributing practically in the development of theories and strategies that can be applied in banking. Additionally future research directions are suggested.

Education is the most important pillar in a nation, where the goals contained in education are to be able to educate the nation's life and also be able to nurture all the achievements and potential that exists within each student, so that later they can become good and superior individuals to be able to compete, both in the national and international arena. Every existing educational institution must have a learning curriculum, because the curriculum is a design and arrangement that guides the continuity of education. The purpose of the study was to analyze how the independent curriculum forms in education management in an elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive form, which emphasizes more on explanatory and explanatory studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, and observation, the data is obtained by describing the opinions of the samples from the results of interviews conducted directly. The results showed that the independent curriculum in an educational management in elementary schools can run very well, safely and there are not many obstacles faced. Because the application of the independent curriculum in elementary schools makes students quite challenged and welcomes it well. Because the curriculum is something very new for students, many are enthusiastic about it. The weaknesses contained in the research are that the researchers did not visit many elementary schools, because they only focused on one place and on one of the students. for that further researchers are expected to have many other samples.
