摘要

由于临床检验分析的自动化,医院等单位减少了对医学实验室人才的需求,增加了毕业生的就业压力。然而,随着体外诊断行业的发展,对医学实验室人才的需求出现短缺。学校以行业发展和就业需求为导向,确立了“体外诊断”的发展方向,医学与工程相结合,建立了相应的课程体系,采取校企(机构)合作的方式,探索了“特殊方向导师制”的人才培养模式。此外,我们还为大一新生开设了“医学实验室概论”的专门课程,帮助他们选择方向和规划职业生涯,探索如何培养医学实验室专业的医工复合型应用型本科人才。关键词:医学检验技术;医学与工程的结合;School-enterprise协作;体外诊断;特色发展方向
