Statistical Analysis  Pearson's correlation was used to find relationship between the constructs. Results  Nursing students had moderately high level of emotional intelligence. Nursing students had below average level of empathy. There was no significant relationship between emotional intelligence and empathy of nursing students. There was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and self-esteem of nursing students. There was no significant relationship between empathy and self-esteem of nursing students. 摘要

摘要目的探讨在儿科实习的护生情绪智力、自尊和共情的关系。材料与方法对60名在儿科实习的理学士护生进行横断面调查。使用评估情商、自尊和同理心的自我报告问卷,并收集有关人口统计细节的信息。统计学分析采用Pearson相关法分析构念之间的关系。结果护生情绪智力水平为中高水平。护理专业学生的同理心水平低于平均水平。护生情绪智力与共情无显著相关。护生情绪智力与自尊有显著正相关。护生共情与自尊无显著相关。结论护生情绪智力、自尊与共情的关系有待进一步研究,以采取适当的训练措施提高这些素质,为患者提供优质护理服务。
