The mean (± SD) diameter of the lesion was 3.8 ± 1.9 cm which reduced to 2.5 ± 1.7 cm (reduction 34%). 摘要

本研究的目的是观察茄皮提取物对砷诱导的鲍文氏病的治疗效果。从两个砷流行区选取8例砷致鲍氏病患者。给每位患者提供含有软膏的果皮提取物,并指示患者每天两次涂抹在病变部位,持续12周。在研究前和研究结束时分别测量病变大小和拍照。病灶直径平均(±SD)为3.8±1.9 cm,缩小至2.5±1.7 cm,缩小34%。结果具有统计学意义。
