As patients with synchronous liver metastases from colorectal cancer, simultaneous resection of primary and metastatic lesions has been widely used. With the gradual maturation of laparoscopic technology, its minimally invasive, safe and effective characteristics make it better for simultaneous resection of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis. Application of laparoscopy in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer
Surgical resection is the best therapeutic option for patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis. As patients with synchronous liver metastases from colorectal cancer, simultaneous resection of primary and metastatic lesions has been widely used.
