All of them received the training of endoscopic operations with the laparoscopic training box and the virtual-simulation laparoscopic training system for 30 minutes every day for 4 weeks. 摘要

目的探讨虚拟模拟腹腔镜训练系统对不同临床经验的学员进行内镜手术基本技能训练的效果。方法选取8名进修医师、8名接受过规范化住院医师培训的住院医师和8名五年制临床医学本科实习生。所有患者均接受腹腔镜训练箱和虚拟模拟腹腔镜训练系统的内镜手术训练,每天30分钟,持续4周。采用SPSS 19.0进行数据分析,采用t检验比较三组训练前后的得分。结果培训前,本科实习组与其他两组在内镜手术方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),且本科实习组在复杂手术方面得分显著高于标准化住院医师培训组和复习医师组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟模拟腹腔镜训练系统能提高不同层次临床学员的腹腔镜技能,值得在临床技能教学中推广。关键词:虚拟仿真培训系统;腹腔镜检查;仿真教学;应用程序
