摘要

本研究旨在测试在线培训质量量表,考察在线学员培训质量、满意度和忠诚度之间的关系。对河内市公立和非公立大学300名在线学生的调查样本进行了CFA分析。在线培训质量量表包括五个组成部分:(1)信息系统质量;(2)教师质量;(3)在线学习有效性;(4)学生满意度;(5)学生忠诚度。此外,SEM分析结果表明,信息系统的质量、讲师的质量和在线学习的有效性都与忠诚度有间接关系,对满意度有直接关系,而人类学因素是时间和居住地影响学习者的满意度。
