The rate of wound closure, histological assessment, hydroxyproline content and biochemical evaluation for total antioxidant capacity (TAC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were done at 3, 7 and 14 day after wound creation.Results-The rate of wound closure, number of fibroblast, collagen deposition, epithelium thickness and tissue hydroxyproline, TAC and SOD content were significantly enhanced in treated animals in comparison to control group (P<0.05). 摘要

目的评价芦荟凝胶和肉桂水乙醇提取物联合给药对糖尿病小鼠伤口愈合过程的影响。设计——实验研究。动物——72只雄性BALB/c小鼠。程序-在每只小鼠背部形成一个完整的全层切除伤口,并进行7毫米穿孔活检。将动物分为四组,包括对照组、5%芦荟凝胶(A.vera)、5%肉桂提取物(C.zeynalicum)和5%芦荟凝胶+5%肉桂提取物的组合(C.zeynalicum+5%肉桂)。在伤口形成后3、7和14天进行伤口闭合率、组织学评估、羟脯氨酸含量和总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的生化评估。结果治疗组创面愈合率、成纤维细胞数、胶原沉积、上皮厚度及组织羟脯氨酸、TAC和SOD含量均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组动物的免疫细胞浸润和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)治疗糖尿病伤口。
