Analisis Model Pengetahuan untuk Indigenous Knowledge Management Tembang Macapat
The purpose of this study is to apply the indigenous knowledge management model in the form of a process of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge about local wisdom in Java (tembang macapat) using information technology. Methods of data collection by conducting FGD (Focus Group Discussion), PAR (Participatory Action Research) and questionnaires to 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using the SECI model (Socialization, Externalisation, Combination and Internalization) and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Sobokartti is a strategic place to manage local wisdom knowledge for the younger generation. The model of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit is used by using socialization and externalization methods. The results of knowledge transformation are recorded in written form which are then disseminated through Information Technology. The use of Information Technology needs to be increased as a medium for knowledge dissemination. Keywords: Macapat, Knowledge Management, Indigenous, Sobokartti, Tacit, Explicit
