Triyono","doi":"10.17977/UM030V5I12017P040","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstract : This study aims to know the relation of emotional intelligence (X1) and psychological well-being (Y), the relation of self-esteem (X2) and psychological well-being (Y), as well as the relation of self-efficacy (X3) and psychological well-being (Y) of public senior high school in the entire Malang city. This study was a non-experimental study with causal relationship study plan. The result of this research showed that there was a positive significant correlation between X1 and Y, X2 and Y, X3 and Y; X1, X2, X3 had strong linear relation with Y; the influence of the three independent variables was 50.7%, while the rest was influenced by other variables; X2 was the most influencing variable towards Y, the second was X1, and the last was X3. 摘要:本研究旨在了解整个麻郎市公立高中学生情绪智力(X1)与心理健康(Y)、自尊(X2)与心理健康(Y)、自我效能感(X3)与心理健康(Y)的关系。本研究为因果关系研究计划的非实验研究。研究结果表明:X1与Y、X2与Y、X3与Y呈显著正相关;X1、X2、X3与Y呈强线性关系;三个自变量的影响为50.7%,其余受其他变量的影响;对Y影响最大的变量是X2,其次是X1,最后是X3。摘要:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi (X1)但心理健康(Y),自尊(X2)但心理健康(Y),自我效能感(X3)但心理健康(Y)。Pendekatan yang, digunakan adalah,非实验研究,dengan jenis, penelitian因果关系研究。Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan正显著性:X1段Y, X2段Y, X3段Y;X1, X2, X3 memiliki hubungan线性杨宽根Y;Pengaruh ketiga变量独立sebesar 50,7%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh变量lain;X2 vaktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Y, urutan kedua X1, dan urutan terakhir adalah X3。Kecerdasan Emosi,自尊,自我效能,心理健康,Siswa SMA
Relation of Emotional Intelligence, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy, and Psychological Well-Being Students of State Senior High School
