摘要

如今,对公共服务中的情绪劳动的研究在中国和韩国都有所发展;然而,很少有研究探讨具有相似文化的国家之间的管理与绩效关系。本研究以两个文化相近的国家为研究对象,以情绪智力为中介,对情绪劳动与工作满意度各维度关系的文献进行梳理,为比较公共管理领域提供了新的研究视角。从公共服务人员中收集样本。研究结果表明,在情绪智力的维度中,情绪自我调节成为两国关系中唯一重要的中介变量。
