摘要

对89头不同程度的颈阴道脱垂水牛进行了回顾性研究,并对其生理和血液学参数进行了初步检查。根据CVP的程度将受影响的水牛分为3组,并采用8’R’原则进行治疗,作为复发预防策略,三组均采用改良的常规外阴特拉斯法、外阴保留缝合法和二者联合治疗。用改良的传统外阴特拉斯方法处理的水牛表现出减少的紧张、生殖器损伤和产科并发症。用外阴保留缝线治疗的水牛表现出轻微的拉伤,缝合部位周围有伤口,用改良的传统外阴特拉斯法和外阴保留缝线处理的水牛显示出相对有效的结果。根据这项研究,得出结论,用改良的传统外阴特拉斯法治疗患有任何程度CVP的水牛,都能有效地预防复发,相对而言没有肿胀、拉伤、出血、损伤、绦虫伤口和产后产科并发症。
