摘要

本研究旨在检验印尼中小企业绩效在企业家能力(EC)和满意度(ES)关系中的中介作用。使用结构方程建模(SEM)、AMOS 24对数据进行分析。廖内省Pekanbaru市共有380名雇主被选为参与者。结果表明,中小企业绩效在一定程度上调节了企业家能力与满意度之间的关系。这是因为中小企业绩效与ES之间的直接影响仍然显著。这项研究的含义意味着有必要提高中小企业的绩效,以提高其能力并为雇主创造满意度。此外,对自己的企业感到满意的企业家总是希望呆得更长,不要放弃。
