Política económica y redistribución: hacia una nueva arquitectura “pre-distributiva” de la política de rentas
The present paper designs an income policy that we could call "pre-distributive". Its main objective is to describe the architecture of a broad income policy, which would basically have three pillars: a) the strengthening of the redistributive capacity of collective bargaining, b) the establishment of a coordinated "redistributive wage standard" at European level and c) the increase in the Interprofessional Minimum Wage. Such an income policy could contribute to a more equitable distribution of primary labor income.
