Three sheep for study of pathoanatomical and histological studies were scored before treatment, and three-after treatment. In sik ewes, a thickening of the mucous membrane of the cistern and large ducts was noted macroscopically, in places with spot-spot hemorrhages, histological studies established dystrophy and necrobiosis of lactocytes, which was accompanied by active desquamation.
