Modifications of isolation process by pretreatment with selected enzymes resulted in significant increase in essential oil yields in comparison to conventional hydrodistillation and control process with non-enzymatic pretreatment in analogous conditions. No substantial changes in the composition of obtained essential oils were observed. 摘要研究了加氢蒸馏前酶解预处理对迷迭香精油收率和成分的影响。对食品饮料工业中所选用的两种酶进行了比较。在类似的条件下进行了非酶预处理的控制过程,以正确解释结果。气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)的应用使精油成分分析和比较成为可能。此外,分光光度法测定了后处理水合物中的总酚含量(TPC),这也是化妆品应用等有价值的产品。与传统的加氢蒸馏和在类似条件下采用非酶预处理的控制工艺相比,采用选定的酶预处理对分离工艺进行修改,可显著提高精油得率。所获得的精油的组成没有实质性的变化。在后处理水解产物中,经酶处理和非酶处理的总酚含量(TPC)均较高。
