Group IS/REP: A 3-hour interval ischemia, three-hour reperfusion for left testis, one week reperfusion for right testis were done and 20 µL normal saline was administered intraperitoneally (IP) 30 min before termination of ischemia. Group IS/REP/PEG: The same as group IS/REP as well as 20 µL PEG solution 3% (IP) 30 min before termination of ischemia. 摘要

目的:睾丸扭转和扭转是不育男性的重要临床问题。精索扭转是睾丸和附睾绕精索轴旋转引起的紧急情况。采用大鼠睾丸模型评价聚乙二醇对缺血再灌注损伤的影响。设计-实验研究动物-24只健康雄性Wistar大鼠程序-将大鼠纳入并随机分为四个研究组(n=6):SHAM组:仅进行剖腹手术。缺血组:仅间隔3小时进行缺血。IS/REP组:缺血间隔3小时,左睾丸再灌注3小时,右睾丸再灌注1周,缺血终止前30分钟腹膜内给药20µL生理盐水。IS/REP/PEG组:与IS/REP组相同,在缺血终止前30分钟加入20µL PEG溶液3%(IP)。评估基于生物化学分析和精子参数形态计量学。结果-聚乙二醇增强了抗氧化活性和精子质量参数(p<0.05)。结论和临床相关性聚乙二醇有助于最大限度地减少睾丸组织缺血再灌注损伤
