摘要

以辽宁省20个创新创业基地(大学生创业)为研究对象,构建大学生创业创新生态系统运行效率评价指标体系。采用三阶段DEA模型对各基地创新生态系统的创新孵化能力和运行效率进行了评价,并对影响运行效率的因素进行了分析。然后,以排除环境变量和随机因素的效率值为被解释变量,研究人均GDP、电信业务业务量、毕业生人数、地方财政科技支出、互联网普及率等五个环境变量对大学生创业创新生态系统运行效率的影响;五个环境变量作为解释变量。
