The research question is” is there any effect of professionalism and teacher motivation on teacher performance. There are 3 measuring tools in this research that is teacher professionalism, motivation, and teacher performance”. Data obtained from 35 responden who teach in SMAN 1 Pariangan. Researcher used questionnaire to gather the data for this research. For data analysis, researcher used descriptive and  multiple regression technique. Through multiple regression techniques that used for hypothesis testing, the results showed that professionalism seignificantly improved teacher performance, while motivation did not significantly influence teacher performance. In addition, if the two variables are processed simultaneously, it is found that professionalism along with motivation can improve teacher performance with value R 2 equal to 55,8%. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨专业精神与教师动机对教师绩效的影响。研究的问题是“专业化和教师动机对教师绩效有影响吗?”在本研究中有三个衡量工具,即“教师专业精神”、“教师动机”和“教师绩效”。数据来自在Pariangan第1区任教的35名受访者。本研究采用问卷调查的方式收集数据。对于数据分析,研究者使用了描述和多元回归技术。通过多元回归技术进行假设检验,结果显示专业化显著提高了教师绩效,而动机对教师绩效的影响不显著。此外,如果将这两个变量同时处理,我们发现专业化和动机可以提高教师绩效,其r2值为55.8%。专业变量对平均绩效的β值为0.479,这意味着专业值每增加1分,教师的绩效值就增加0.479。
