摘要

本研究旨在确定和分析薪酬、工作压力和激励对工作满意度的影响。所使用的方法是调查,所使用的采样技术是饱和采样的不概率采样。本研究对象为卡拉旺市卫生局的长期雇员,抽样统计100名受访者。本研究采用偏最小二乘法进行数据分析。本研究的意义在于提高员工的工作满意度,卡拉旺卫生办公室的管理层需要优先考虑与工作满意度相关的政策。为了提高员工的工作满意度,管理层需要优先考虑与薪酬、工作压力和激励相关的政策。为了提高员工的工作满意度,管理层还需要关注其他支持因素,如组织文化、工作环境、组织氛围、组织承诺和其他未经检验的因素。为了提高员工士气和公司的进步,应该注意这一点
