Migraine, nouveautés thérapeutiques et recommandations : comment j’adapte la prise en charge au quotidien ?

Les nouveautés thérapeutiques et les recommandations sont rappelées. L’accent est tout d’abord mis sur l’évaluation du patient migraineux. L’objectif est de reprendre les points majeurs des recommandations et de préciser quelques éléments pratiques concernant l’utilisation des traitements de premier choix, mais aussi de la toxine botulinique et des anticorps monoclonaux ciblant la voie du CGRP. Deux vignettes sont exposées et les prises en charge sont alors adaptées.

New therapies and recommendations are reviewed. The emphasis is first placed on an evaluation of the migraine patient. The aim is to review the major points of the guidelines and to outline some practical elements concerning the use of first choice treatments, as well as botulinum toxin and monoclonal antibodies targeting the CGRP pathway. Two vignettes are presented and the management is then adapted.
