The UTAUT model suggests that the factors that play an important role in user acceptance include job expectations, business expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions. This type of research is quantitative research and the data source used is primary data. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 MSME actors in Kebumen Regency who already used e-banking. The hypothesis in this study was tested using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 7.0. The results in this study indicate that the first model, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence are factors that influence behavioral intention. 摘要

本研究采用UTAUT模型方法分析了Kebumen Regency中小微企业对电子银行的接受和使用情况。UTAUT模型表明,在用户接受度方面发挥重要作用的因素包括工作期望、商业期望、社会影响和便利条件。这种类型的研究是定量研究,使用的数据源是原始数据。本研究中的抽样技术是使用有目的的抽样。这项研究的受访者是Kebumen Regency的50名中小微企业参与者,他们已经使用了电子银行。本研究中的假设使用SEM-PLS和WarpPLS 7.0进行了验证。本研究的结果表明,第一个模型,即绩效预期、努力预期和社会影响是影响行为意向的因素。行为意向的第二个模型是影响使用行为的因素,而便利条件不影响Kebumen Regency中小微企业使用电子银行的使用行为。
