Here, we report an atypical case of MERS in a 22‐year‐old woman who presented with 2‐day history of headaches and confusion associated with fever and who completely recovered within 7 days. Exhaustive biological tests panel revealed positive IgM rickettsial antibody, and the final diagnosis was MERS caused by rickettsial infection.
