The impact of psychological training and innovative socialization of teachers on constant professional education, problems that form the way of life are determined by socially and technologically significant changes in the country. The new level of education must conform to its status and must move in ac-cordance with technical and scientific progress. Whereas in the life of the University, the fruit of the constant educational process is one of the most important factors in the educational process and assumes the attitude to each student as a person, focusing on his self-consciousness, creates an environment of his independent activity, on the analysis of its features and shortcomings, differences, makes the search for answers to many questions and innovative relations.At present, the modernization of the education system is begun in Kazakhstan, the systematic response to the change in traditional education is carried out, other (different from the traditional content) content, methods, interaction of the teacher and the student in the educational process are proposed.
