Patient concern: A 35-year-old female attended the outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology with complaints of swelling in the facial area near both sides of the nasolabial groove. Diagnosis: Computed tomography (CT) scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses showed a non-odontogenic cyst on both sides of the nasolabial area. Interventions: The patient underwent sublabial excision of the nasolabial cyst under general anaesthesia. Outcome: There were no post-operative complications. The histopathological examination confirmed the nasolabial cyst.
