Knowledge Management and Innovation in Enterprises

ABSTRACT Rapid technological development pushes enterprises to constantly change the use of their information systems. Human to human, human through machine, human to machine, and eventually machine to human are current challenges that enterprises face. Personal motivation to respond to change becomes a high priority. The simplest way is to determine if information systems within the enterprise are in optimal use. This means to determine if knowledge management practices are used to bring the expected result as in the commercialization of new products/services/processes. This can be determined, among other parameters, as the frequency and level of novelty of the innovation products/services/processes within enterprises.
