Three-layer particle board with a density of 700 kg m−3 and 0, 10, 20, and 40% weight fraction (wt-%) of calcium carbonate filler in surface layers was produced in laboratory scale using urea formaldehyde as resin. The effect of inorganic filler on elastic and strength properties, dimensional stability and formaldehyde emissions was investigated. The results demonstrated that the addition of filler in amounts up to 10 wt-% in surface layers does not significantly affect mechanical properties. 摘要
研究了三层刨花板表层矿物填料的添加量与填料含量的关系及其对材料性能的影响。以尿素甲醛为树脂,在实验室规模下生产了密度为700 kg m - 3的三层刨花板,表层中碳酸钙填料的重量分数为0、10、20和40% (wt-%)。考察了无机填料对材料弹性、强度、尺寸稳定性和甲醛释放量的影响。结果表明,在表面层中添加10 wt-%的填料对力学性能没有显著影响。填料添加量在10 wt-%以上的进一步增加导致弯曲性能几乎呈线性下降,吸水率增加,但对尺寸稳定性和甲醛释放量没有显著影响。
