摘要

印尼语言教育和外籍工人培训(TKA)没有标准化,导致没有适合学生需求的培训模式。因此,本研究旨在(1)描述人力资源办公室对外国工人的印尼语培训的现状;(2)明确外劳的印尼语培训需求。人力部在这方面颁布了各种规定。本研究通过交际法,采用定性描述方法。交际方法是将要开发的培训模式的基础,因为他们学习印尼语的主要目标是能够在工作环境中进行交流。使用的数据收集技术为访谈、调查和文献研究。本研究的主题是关于在廖内省吉普劳的外国工人的数据。研究结果揭示了两个发现。首先,概述了人力局对外籍工人进行印度尼西亚语培训的现状。其次,确定外劳的印尼语培训需求。数据表明,目前还没有标准的培训格式。
