The viscero-somatic index, intraperitoneal fat ratio,muscle ratio, protease activity in the stomach and acid insoluble ash were unaffected by the treatment. Best observations interms of growth, body composition and digestive enzyme activity among the treatments were obtained in the fish group fedwith tryptophan at a level of 0.5 g 100 g-1 feed. 摘要

为研究在初始平均体重为6.81±0.05 g的斑点鲳鲹(Lacepede, 1801)幼鱼饲料中添加色氨酸的效果,配制5种等氮等脂饲料,分别添加0 (TRP0)、0.5 (TRP0.5)、1.0 (TRP1.0)、1.5 (TRP1.5)和2.0 (TRP2.0) g- 100 g-1的色氨酸。添加色氨酸显著影响了鱼的增重%、特定生长率、肝体指数、除胃蛋白酶活性外的胃和肠消化酶、红细胞、白细胞、粗蛋白质、脂肪和灰分含量(p<0.05)。脏体指数、腹腔脂肪比、肌肉比、胃蛋白酶活性和酸不溶性灰分均不受处理影响。色氨酸饲喂水平为0.5 g 100 g-1的组在生长、体组成和消化酶活性方面表现最佳。从目前的观察可以得出结论,以0.5 g 100 g-1的速度添加色氨酸可以积极影响blochi的生长。关键词:必需氨基酸,生长,鲳鱼银,色氨酸
