肝泡状棘球蚴病是一种人畜共患的寄生虫病。晚期肝泡状棘球蚴病的治疗选择主要有：手术结合药物治疗、经皮肝穿刺胆道引流、病灶穿刺引流、药物治疗、肝移植。以手术为主的个体化综合治疗是治疗晚期肝泡状棘球蚴病的理想方法。本文综述了国内外相关文献，结合临床实践，总结了晚期肝泡状棘球蚴病的治疗现状和进展。关键词：棘球蚴病，肝；外科；经皮肝胆管引流术；药物
