This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, a company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of employee engagement, organizational culture conditions and performance at the company. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is descriptive and causal research. The population in this study were employees of the PT. XYZ. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study concluded that employee engagement and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence partially on performance. 摘要

人力资源在组织中扮演着非常重要的角色。当然,通过处理好的人力资源可以推动组织的绩效。这项研究是在印度尼西亚电信行业的PT.XXYZ公司进行的。本研究的目的是确定员工敬业度、组织文化条件和绩效在公司的应用。本研究中使用的方法是一种定量方法。这项研究是描述性和因果性的研究。这项研究中的人群是PT.XYZ的员工。本研究的数据分析采用描述性统计分析、正态性检验、多重共线性检验、异方差检验和多元回归分析。本研究的结论是,员工敬业度和组织文化对绩效有积极而显著的影响。此外,可以得出结论,员工敬业度和组织文化对绩效有显著的同时影响。
