The Effectiveness of Training and Development On Employee Performance to Enhance Competitive Advantage: A Case Study of Social Enterprise Development Sierra Leone (Send-Sl) 培训与发展对员工绩效提升竞争优势的有效性——以塞拉利昂社会企业发展为例(Send-Sl)

This study aimed to examine the effect of Human Resources development and training on performance. Data were collected using questionnaires from 71 workers who were selected at random. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which employed Smart-PLS3. The analysis results show that on-the-job training measured by (Job- rotation, Job-instruction, orientation and workshop) had no significant direct effect on Employee Performance but a significant direct effect on Employee Competitive Advantage. While Off-the- job training measured by (exchange learning, short courses, self-development, and simulation) had a significant direct impact on employee performance but had no significant immediate effect on employee competitive advantage. Also, employee performance was found to have a significant direct impact on employee competitive advantage. The result further revealed that through the mediation of employee performance, on-the-job training had no significant indirect effect on employee competitive advantage, while off-the-job training had a substantial indirect impact on employee competitive advantage.

This study aims to examine the effect of ethical climate on employee performance mediated by communication. This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 67 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study conclude that there is a significant influence between ethical climate on employee performance. Ethical climate has a significant effect on communication. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication mediates the ethical climate on employee performance.

The Role of Internal Audit Quality to the Sustainability and Success of Microfinance Program 内部审计质量对小额信贷项目可持续性和成功的作用

Microfinance institutions are the main source of finance for the poor and the women in many country, therefore the sustainability of these companies is a concern, but that cannot be achieved without proper internal control mechanism to detect any attempt frauds that could harm the operations of microfinance institutions. The research will used literature review method by digging into previous researches to see the main courses of the failure of many microfinance institutions. The research found out that most of the microfinance institution failed due to inadequate control in place to detect malfunctions or fraud at the earlier stages that can safeguard the operations of microfinance institutions.

Increasing the Competitive Advantage of MSMEs in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era by Implementing the Blue Ocean Strategy 实施蓝海战略增强中小微企业在新冠疫情时代的竞争优势

The high risk of bankruptcy in micro-enterprises, that occurs during the COVID-19 pandemic, makes the micro-business segment experience the biggest impact of the decline in revenue due to limited supply and demand. History notes that during the 1998 economic crisis, MSMEs contributed 39.40% to GDP and were able to absorb 88.90% of workers. However, the situation in the COVID-19 pandemic is different from the situation in the 1998 economic crisis, in which technological developments are quite rapid in the current era. The rapid development of technology has led to increasingly strong pressure for companies to be able to achieve a competitive advantage. This study aims to identify and elaborate the application of the blue ocean strategy to MSMEs to increase competitive advantage. The innovation steps taken were evaluated with the Canvas Strategy and ERRC Grid. In addition, the researchers also applied the SWOT matrix as a starting point for mapping external and internal potentials. The results of this study indicated RM Dikamali’ has met three good criteria for implementing the blue ocean strategy, namely having focus, moving away from existing competitors, and having an attractive slogan. RM Dikamali’ took six stages in implementing the blue ocean strategy, making them be able to get out of market constraints and open new markets. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further studies concerning the Blue Ocean Strategy and for MSMEs in implementing the blue ocean strategy to increase their competitive advantage.

FACTORS AFFECTING MILLENIALS TO DONATE ONLINE AT KITABISA.COM 影响千禧一代在kitabisa.com网上捐款的因素

Background The donation-based crowdfunding model, which is used for fundraising, has proven to be successful in collecting aid funds, especially during natural disasters and other emergencies. The crowdfunding process occurs where a group of people (a large number) financially provide a relatively small amount of money as a donation or participate in support to fund a project that can potentially get a reward (Wicks, 2013: 5) The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the campaign, brand image and Innovation Platform on kitabisa.com. Design/methodology/approach research is focused on a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik, a sample of 100 people, namely the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Data collection techniques from this research used a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. Results and Discussion The results show that the effectiveness of the campaign is not significant, the hypothesis is rejected, with the development of advertising media in the current digital era unable to influence millennials to donate on the Kitabisa.com platform, while Brand Image, Platform Innovation have a positive effect and Platform innovation has a positive effect and significant to the Donation Decision. Research implications of Campaign Effectiveness, Brand image, Platform Innovation, provide great benefits to the Kitabisa.com platform in attracting donors to decide to donate on the Kitabisa.com platform.

How Does Scarcity Promotion Lead To Impulse Purchase in Digital Market? 数字市场中稀缺性促销如何导致冲动购买?

This study is to examine the effect of the relationship between scarcity promotion, consumer competition, on impulse purchases. Data were collected using a questionnaire, a sample of 100 respondents was taken based on purposive sampling. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), this path analysis technique will be used in testing the magnitude of the contribution shown by the path coefficients on each path diagram of the causal relationship between SP, KK, and IP variables. The findings reveal that scarcity promotion, consumer competition, affects impulse purchases positively and significantly. Consumer competition mediates the relationship between scarcity promotion and impulse purchase. The better the scarcity promotion, the higher the consumer's impulse purchase.

The Effect of Financial Technology on the Financial Satisfaction of MSMEs in Malang 金融科技对马郎中小微企业财务满意度的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of financial technology on financial satisfaction of Small Businesses (SMEs) in Malang City. By using primary data and random sampling, as well as using a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs and measured with a Likert scale. The collection of data on MSME respondents in the city of Malang is based on the distribution of questionnaires. The research objectives are as follows: To know the influence of Fintech on financial satisfaction?”. The analytical method used to determine the effect is to use simple regression statistics, with regression analysis tools used SPPS tools. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a significant influence between Fintech variables on Financial Satisfaction. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (Adj.R-square) generated by the Fintech regression model (effect of feature convenience, social influence, performance expectations, system security and payment system drivers) on financial satisfaction of 0.565. Simultaneous testing of the hypothesis of the influence of Fintech variables (Ease of Features, Social Influence, Performance Expectations, System Security and Payment System Drivers) on Financial Satisfaction resulted in an F-test statistic of 26,716 with a probability of 0.000. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence (together) with Fintech (Feasibility of Features, Social Influence, Performance Expectations, System Security and Payment System Drivers) on Financial Satisfaction.

By using primary data and random sampling, as well as using a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs and measured with a Likert scale. The collection of data on MSME respondents in the city of Malang is based on the distribution of questionnaires. The research objectives are as follows: To know the influence of Fintech on financial satisfaction?”. The analytical method used to determine the effect is to use simple regression statistics, with regression analysis tools used SPPS tools. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a significant influence between Fintech variables on Financial Satisfaction. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (Adj.R-square) generated by the Fintech regression model (effect of feature convenience, social influence, performance expectations, system security and payment system drivers) on financial satisfaction of 0.565. Simultaneous testing of the hypothesis of the influence of Fintech variables (Ease of Features, Social Influence, Performance Expectations, System Security and Payment System Drivers) on Financial Satisfaction resulted in an F-test statistic of 26,716 with a probability of 0.000. The growth of Indonesia's economy depends significantly on micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). When Indonesia experiences an economic crisis, SMEs become a powerful force that not only boosts national GDP but also helps to create jobs. This study's goal was to ascertain how the Leader Member Exchange, a kind of transformational leadership, affected worker productivity and job satisfaction. Partial Least Squares is a statistical test method used in this investigation (PLS). A questionnaire survey approach of data gathering was employed in this study. This study focuses on SMEs in East Java, one of which is that they have at least 50 individuals working for their company units. The study's findings show how transformational leadership affects worker performance. Additionally, there is no impact of transformative leadership on work satisfaction. The association between transformational leadership and employee performance is mediated by the Leader Member Exchange variable, although this variable does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and work satisfaction.

Analysis Determinant of Optimization Assets With Asset Control Intervening Variabels (Case Study at The Bogor Agricultural Technology Research and Development Center 基于资产控制干预变量的资产优化决策分析(以茂物农业技术研究与发展中心为例)

This study aims to determine how much influence the use and security of assets have on asset optimization through asset control intervening variables, this is motivated by the implementation of asset administration, management and control. The research method used is the Kolmogorof-Smirnov one sample data normality test, collinearity test, multicollinearity test, and table f analysis test, as well as analysis test using intervening variables or path analysis. Based on the results of the calculations on the data normality test, it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed, the research variables are perfectly correlated, the variable does not occur multicollinearity, the f table test can explain all independent variables, can explain the dependent variable of each variable, the variable has a direct influence through intervening variable on asset optimization. The object of research is to immediately carry out administration, management and control based on the applicable money laws and regulations and complete a complete and detailed list of assets per each asset and can also carry out control by taking inventory, asset control card and complete a list of assets in each room, prequires commitment from the leadership in the work unit in order to administer assets to improve asset optimization and training, workshops, seminars and courses are needed for asset officers at the Center for the Study and Development of Agricultural Technology

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. The sampling method used was technique sampling non probability saturated sampling technique so that the entire population that is, 70 people were sampled. This type of research is quantitative, for data This research was obtained from a questionnaire that has been filled in by the employees of PT Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, and coefficient determination in the IBM SPSS 22 for Windows program. The results of the work environment hypothesis test show t arithmetic> t table (2.016> 1.997) then there is an influence between the work environment on performance employees, the results of the work motivation hypothesis test show t arithmetic t table (5.107> 1.997) then there is an influence between work discipline on employee performance, and simultaneously shows Fcount> F table (22,582> 2,744) then there is an influence between work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance.
