The descriptive research design was employed to carry out the study. A sample of 200 school academic administrators, working as Chief Education Officers, Zonal Education Officers, Principals of Higher Secondary Schools, Principals of District Institute of Education and Trainings and Head Teachers of High Schools were selected. The sample subjects were selected from four districts of Kashmir, India by using Stratified Random Sampling Technique. Emotional Intelligence Scale standardized by Nadeem and Naaz (2015) was employed to collect the data. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were used to analyse the data.
