However, teacher–student collaboration did not significantly improve the publication of international (English) papers in the initial stage. 目的探讨不同合作阶段的高校师生合作对学术创新的影响。设计/方法论/方法基于协作生命周期,本文将师生协作分为初始阶段、成长阶段和成熟阶段,探讨师生协作如何影响学术创新。研究结果收集国家科学基金的数据,实证分析发现,合作在各个阶段都会增加地方(中国)论文的发表量。然而,在最初阶段,师生合作并没有显著改善国际(英语)论文的发表。在成长阶段,师生合作对英语论文的发表具有U型效应,而在成熟阶段,这种关系是积极的。研究结果为教师和学生选择合适的合作伙伴提供了建议,也为促进学术创新提供了一些启示。原创性/价值本文构建了一个模型,建立了高校师生合作对学术创新的影响。
