摘要

碳排放存在于烟草SC的各个环节,其中烟草、醋酸丝束和卷烟生产是卷烟碳排放的重要环节。在绿色经济发展的背景下,从烟草SC的角度研究经济与环境的协调发展具有重要意义。碳贸易是利用市场机制实现碳减排的有效途径。考虑到碳交易的外祖父性和碳监管的目标,建立了SC与碳交易的博弈模型。我们分析了碳交易价格、决策模式、技术减排投资三个因素对碳监管程度和供应链利润的影响,并通过数值说明验证了结论。研究表明:在没有技术投入的情况下,三种不同的决策模式的资本管制程度是相同的。在技术减排投资中,集中决策模式下碳监管程度最严格,零售商主导决策模式下最宽松。不同的碳交易价格对三种不同决策模式的投资决策有不同的影响;分散决策中的技术投资总是有利于零售商和总利润。
