The data analysis method used by researchers was PLS-SEM with bootstrapping method. 摘要

工作满意度是员工对工作或公司和组织文化的满意或失望的感觉。或者是公司灌输的规范。这两个重要的变量以员工希望保持其在公司的成员资格的形式解释组织承诺。本研究的主要目的是研究工作满意度和组织文化对员工组织承诺的影响。本研究的样本是50名受访者,他们是非管理职位的员工。抽样采用有目的的非概率抽样。研究人员采用的数据分析方法是PLS-SEM + bootstrapping法。本研究结果表明,工作满意度对组织承诺有正向影响,组织文化对组织承诺有正向影响。
