The competition for coffee shops in Indonesia is getting tighter, especially the coffee shop business with the coffee-to-go shop (take away) concept. The to-go coffee shop is a coffee shop that provides coffee drinks that are sold in packs that are ready to take (take away) so that they can be enjoyed in other places due to limited space. This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intentions. The questionnaire in the study was distributed to 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique as a data collection technique. The findings in this study are that only the relate variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Three other variables such as sensory, feel, and think have a positive but insignificant effect. While the act variable has a negative and insignificant effect. Thus, only a part of the experiential marketing dimension has an effect on the intention to repurchase students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, YARSI University.

Ayo Media Network is one of the media companies that has successfully adapted to the development of technology and communication and has an excellent performance in providing news and other content. The performance is influenced by various factors, where one of the most important is the leadership style shown by the leader which consists of the leadership style of instructive, consultative, participation, and delegation. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of each leadership style on employee performance at Ayo Media Network. Ayo Media Network has 91 workers who are the object and research respondents. The research methods used in this research were descriptive and explanatory. The results obtained that there is no influence between the leadership style of instructive and consultative on employee performance, while the leadership style of participation and delegation has a positive influence on employee performance.

Peran lembaga perkreditan desa bagi anggota pada masa pandemi Covid-19 村庄信贷机构在Covid-19大流行期间对成员的作用

This study analyzes the role of village credit institutions (in Indonesian is abberviated LPD) for members during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic due to observance of health protocols. Research data were collected from primary sources (research informants) with interview techniques, observation, and focus group discussion. The data collected was validated by triangulation of sources and methods. The data were then analyzed using the Spradly domain model analysis technique. The results of the study found three LPD roles for members during the Covid-19 pandemic as follows: (1) productive roles: financial solutions for members based on kinship principles; (2) the role of macro social responsibility: resources for the collective collective of members; (3) the role of micro social responsibility: resources for the needs of individual members.
本研究分析了村信贷机构(印尼语缩写为LPD)在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间对成员的作用。本研究是定性现象学研究。这项研究是在Covid-19大流行期间进行的,因为遵守了卫生规程。研究数据通过访谈、观察和焦点小组讨论从主要来源(研究线人)收集。通过来源和方法的三角剖分验证了所收集的数据。然后使用Spradly域模型分析技术对数据进行分析。研究结果发现,在新冠肺炎大流行期间,LPD成员的三种角色是:(1)生产性角色:基于亲属原则为成员提供财务解决方案;(2)宏观社会责任的作用:资源为集体的集体成员;(3)微观社会责任的作用:为个体成员的需要提供资源。

Loyalty among online food delivery customers: Extended scale of e-service quality 在线送餐客户的忠诚度:扩大电子服务质量

Considering the contradictory finding regarding e-service quality influence toward customer loyalty in the context of online food delivery (OFD) service, we evaluate e-service quality measurement by adding an extended indicator. Our study aims to validate payment flexibility as an extended indicator and examine e-service quality influence on customer loyalty. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 100 OFD customers in West Java (Indonesia). The Partial Least Square (PLSSEM) technique was used to analyze data from that answered questionnaire. Interestingly, our findings showed that payment flexibility is valid and reliable as an e-service quality indicator. Moreover, the influence of e-service quality on OFD customer loyalty is found to be statistically significant. Finally, this study provides new insight into the existing knowledge of e-service quality and generates valuable implications. OFD service providers are suggested to ensure order suitability in retaining their customer loyalty.

Excess cash holding, likuiditas, dan nilai perusahaan: Studi pada perusahaan non-finansial Indonesia 持有超支现金、流动性和企业价值:印尼非金融企业的研究

This study aims to investigate the effect of excess cash on liquidity and firm value. The sample that is used is 211 non-financial firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with period from 2007 to 2017, resulting a total of 2321 firm-year observations. The regression model used are fixed effect and random effect model. The results show that excess cash increase trading continuity and decrease liquidity risk. This result can be caused by uninformed trader trading participation. Additionally, excess cash has a positive effect on firm value directly because with excess cash firm can invest. The study also finds that the effect of excess cash on illiquid firm value is negative, this result happened because excess cash can increase firm’s information asymmetry problem. Finally, we also find that excess cash has higher effect on small size firms with financial constraint problems and higher growth opportunities.

How spiritual leadership and organizational culture influence employee performance? 精神领导和组织文化如何影响员工绩效?

Spiritual leadership management is causal leadership for organizations designed to produce educational organizations that are intrinsically motivated. The aim of spiritual leadership is to produce a strategic and empowered vision and value appropriateness of team-level values and people and, in its words, greater responsiveness and organizational productivity. Organizational culture is a perception that is made jointly by members of the organization and must be obeyed by members of the organization or it is called a system created for togetherness. To achieve economic independence, Darussalam Gontor University established a business unit, namely the UNIDA Business Unit (U3). The Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit is one of the business fields owned by the Darussalam Gontor University with employees of different backgrounds. This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture and spiritual leadership on the performance of employees of the Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit. This type of research was a quantitative study with a total of 49 respondents. The population of this study were all employees of the Darussalam Gontor University Business Unit which included managers, staff, and operational employees. The technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data obtained through respondents with a survey in the form of a questionnaire and measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Perbedaan persepsi bimbingan akademik mahasiswa pada sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia 印尼私立大学学术指导学生认知差异

This research is about academic advising in bachelor degree of management department in a private university in Bandung City. There are two style of academic advising, prescriptive and developmental academic advising. The result showed developmental academic advising is covered in that department. In this research, the differences in perceptions of academic advising were tested based on gender, origin area of residence, age, year of study, intensity, and frequency of academic advising. The main objective of this research is to provide an evaluation of academic advising process based on academic demographic of respondents. The tests of differences were carried out by using Anova Test and U Mann Whitney Test on 302 samples of respondents. The results showed that there are differences in perceptions of academic advising based on ages, year of study, and frequency of academic advising. Meanwhile, some of variable such as gender, origin area of residence, and time intensity of academic advising, there were no differences in their perceptions. From the research results, the department can redesign the academic advising system which is suited to students to make academic advising becomes one of excellent academic achievement tool.

Perceived ease of use, trust, dan customer satisfaction sebagai prediktor terhadap repurchase intention 感知易用性、信任感和顾客满意度是预测消费者再购买意愿的重要因素

This study aimed to determine wheteher or not the perceived ease of use, trust, and customer satisfaction can predict repurchase intention at the e-commerce industry in Jakarta. This study applies online questionnaires that are distributed electronically for data collection. In data collection, 195 respondents participed in filling out the questionnaire, and 176 data could be processed in data processing. Data processing in this study used the PLS-SEM approach, which is using the help of SMART PLS software. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, researchers concluded that the perceived ease of use, trust, and customer satisfaction are significant in predicting repurchases intentions. The results of this research are expected to be information for e-commerce companies to establish strategies related to the use of applications in improving the ease of use of e-commerce applications in the form of ease of product search and ease of payment processing and delivery. In addition, the results of the research are expected that e-commerce companies can provide reliable services and reliable and guaranteed security systems to increase customer trust. Furthermore, ecommerce companies can develop various marketing programs to improve customer satisfaction.

Service companies in the health sector are closely related to performance appraisals to solve health problems in various circles of society. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with respondents all employees of PT. Main eye clinic as research sample. The data analysis technique used path analysis with 30 respondents. The results showed that organizational culture has an effect on employee performance, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, job motivation has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on employee performance, organizational culture affects employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation, motivation. work affects employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance (liquidity, activity, leverage, growth, and profitability) on the systematic risk and return of Islamic stocks in the Indonesian Islamic stock index. This research data is gathered from annual reports on manufacturing companies within the year 2017-2019. This research population is all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Shariah Stock Index for the period 20172019 by using the purposive sampling method. The research technique used is a regression with Structural Equal Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) consists of Inner model, Outers model, and Weight relation. The test results showed that all tested variables were influenced by other variables and were significant except Liquidity against systematic risk. And Leverage against systematic risk showing that liquidity, Leverage, Profitability have a not significant effect on the systematic risk structure is rejected whereas hypotheses other research accepted
