The QWL and job satisfaction do not affect employees’ performance, while organizational commitment affects the employees’ performance. The QWL does not affect the employees’ performance indirectly. Job satisfaction affects employees’ performance indirectly with organizational commitment as intervening variable. 摘要

本研究旨在(1)确定工作生活质量(QWL)和工作满意度对组织承诺的影响;(2) 了解QWL、工作满意度、组织承诺对员工绩效的影响;(3) 以组织承诺为中介变量,研究QWL和工作满意度对员工绩效的影响。本研究的样本是日惹PT。Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo的员工,使用了100名受访者;采样技术采用简单的随机采样技术。所使用的数据类型是采用调查方法(问卷)的数据收集技术的初级和次级数据。使用的数据分析技术是通过AMOS 21程序和SPSS 23进行结构方程建模(SEM)。研究结果表明,QWL不影响组织承诺,而工作满意度影响组织承诺。QWL和工作满意度不影响员工绩效,而组织承诺影响员工绩效。QWL不会间接影响员工的绩效。工作满意度以组织承诺为中介变量,间接影响员工绩效。公司应进一步加强员工的组织承诺,以提高员工的绩效。
