摘要

本文采用仪器压痕技术(IIT)对EA4T钢制铁路车轴的残余应力进行了表征。此外,还使用IIT对拉伸性能进行了评估。此外,还采用钻孔法测量了残余应力。对传统方法和IIT进行了多次比较试验。并结合文献资料对所得结果进行了讨论。IIT和钻孔评估的残余应力结果遵循相同的趋势,且一致性可接受。IIT得到的拉伸数据如下:YS≥420MPa❬650-800❭MPa,这与标准化拉伸试验的结果一致。
