One of the factors that causes PMS is stress which is prone to occur due to rapid physical and psychological changes in students, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, online lectures cause academic stress. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between stress levels during online lectures in the midst of a covid-19 pandemic. 19 with PMS Undergraduate Midwifery Students Switch Non-Work Class Classes from STIKES Karya Husada Kediri. This study uses a correlation analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study were 50 undergraduate students of Midwifery, 44 respondents were taken as a sample using non-random sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire, data analysis used the Spearman Rho test. The results of the study obtained p value = 0.000 (>  = 0.005), r = 0.782 according to the correlation interpretation table, namely the level of strong relationship and the direction of positive correlation. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant relationship between stress levels during online lectures in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and PMS
