An attempt was made to discover whether the isolates of the recently described D. pseudolongicolla were more aggressive to the soybean seeds than the D. longicolla isolates, which have manifested a high aggressiveness to the soybean seeds throughout a series of earlier experiments. The D. pseudolongicolla isolates used in the experiment were isolated from the infected seeds pertaining to a wide production in the vicinity of Osijek. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定感染大豆种子的长叶双孢菌和假长叶双胞菌分离株之间的攻击性是否存在差异。在实验室条件下,在温室中对奥西耶克农业研究所育种项目中培育的大豆品种(Tisa)进行人工接种,并在克罗地亚共和国进行大规模生产。试图发现最近描述的假长叶D.longicola的分离株是否比长叶D.Longicola分离株对大豆种子更具攻击性,后者在一系列早期实验中对大豆种子表现出高攻击性。实验中使用的假长脊藻分离株是从奥西耶克附近广泛生产的受感染种子中分离出来的。实验表明,测试的分离株之间的攻击性存在统计学上的显著差异(P<0.05),其中长叶D.longicola分离株在两项试验中表现出最高的攻击性。
