To achieve this, we have carried out a theoretical study and an analysis of historical data, documents, and specialized bibliography. We address the historical, political, and regulatory frameworks related to education in this field. Secondly, we present some of the premises upon which the Christian-conservative and neoliberal proposal of bolsonarism is founded. This proposal seeks to prohibit overarching themes around HRE.
