The prosedure of this research was biofoam production using tbaking process method and characterization of the biofoam product. The biofoam consisted of 5 formulas where the whey added for each formula are varied. The best formula was continued by adding a variation of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) to produce elastic properties in biofoam. Observations of the biofoam resulted in a slightly rough surface, the varies color of vbrownish white, white and pale white as well as milk aroma. 摘要

以甘蔗鲈鱼和乳清为原料生产生物泡沫。生物泡沫是由淀粉和纤维制成的泡沫塑料替代品的替代包装。生物泡沫是一种由易分解材料制成的环保可降解食品包装。本研究旨在制备并测定以乳清为蛋白质、以蔗渣为增强结构的生物泡沫的性能。本研究的过程是利用生物发泡工艺方法生产生物发泡产品并对其进行表征。生物泡沫由5种配方组成,其中每种配方添加的乳清各不相同。通过添加PVA(聚乙烯醇)的变体来继续最佳配方,以在生物泡沫中产生弹性性能。对生物泡沫的观察表明,表面略有粗糙,颜色各异,有棕白色、白色和淡白色,还有牛奶的香气。吸水性测试给出了0.045%0.11%的结果,配方II+PVA 2%和3%的生物降解性测试在3周内完全分解,而配方II几乎完全分解,光学照片测试显示表面平坦,厚度为0.20.3mm。
