Para o seu cumprimento, foi feita analise empirica de natureza qualitativa que aponta para o fraco conhecimento que os educadores tem sobre o ensino da Matematica nas criancas do pre-escolar. Concluiu-se que a formacao dos educadores a nivel das praticas e metodologias da Matematica e um dos suportes para minimizar as lacunas existentes, e que e importante trabalhar a matematica na vida da crianca por meio de jogos, pois proporciona aprendizagens mais significativas. Teaching and Learning Mathematics in Kindergarten: Conceptions and Practices of Educators and Interns at C.I.P.P Kilamba-Angola Abstract: We present a study carried out at Kilamba's headquarters in Luanda-Angola with the aim of analyzing the conception that the educators have and the repercussion of their practices on the teaching of mathematics. For its fulfillment, an empirical analysis of qualitative nature was made, which points out the weak knowledge that educators have about the teaching of mathematics in preschool children. It was concluded that the training of educators in terms of mathematical practices and methodologies is one of the supports to minimize the existing gaps and that is important to work mathematics in the child's life through games, as it provides more meaningful learning.
